About Me

As far back as I can remember I’ve been a traveler. From coast to coast, from Europe to Asia, I’ve toured the world in search of new experiences and insights. My travels landed me in Boulder to dig into eastern philosophy and western psychology, and to start a family. Since 2006, I’ve been working with clients, helping professionals, parents, and anybody who will listen, to make positive changes in their lives. And since 2012, I’ve been trying to help myself do the same as a dad. My dream is to one day start a band with me on guitar, my son on drums, and my daughter on bass. My daughter prefers the recorder, but hey we’ve got time...

As a trainer and coach, my goal is always to help folks take their practice (and lives) a step or two further. Life and work can be hard but when people can articulate their deeper drives, values, and motivation, they naturally want to learn and grow. I believe learning should be fun and I consider it a success when, at the end of the day, everyone in the room feels a bit more energized and hopeful.
